These are quick activities that can give you an instant dopamine boost; such as listening to a short pod cast, having a snack, cuddling a pet. |
| Mains | These are activities that take more time and things you can get lost in; such as baking, a pottery class, crochet, painting, going for a run, gym, cycling, dancing, socialising. |
| Sides | These are activities that elevate your mains; for example, listening to music whilst cooking a meal. |
| Dessert | This is a moment of indulgence! Small doses of pleasurable activities such as scrolling through social media, watching Netflix or online shopping. |
| Specials | Saving the best until last! Bigger but less frequent treats that feel extra rewarding, such as a night away or a beauty treatment. |
